Faculty of International Marketing Management which operates within the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje within its educational and scientific activities permanently maintained mentoring hours that are aimed at ensuring maximum professional and personal support to students. Mentorships realize Angela Milenkovska MSc in collaboration with the students are planed topics that will be the subject of analysis and discussion. Mentoring aims to the students to facilitate learning and teaching aimed at gaining competitive competencies. The practice of UTMS is to be in constant communication with the students on matters related to the regularity of teaching, methodology of work, preparation of seminar papers and presentations, and analysis of results. In this context assistants are the most important link in the process of communication between students and professors.
