University of Tourism and Management in Skopje was actively involved in the national project on healthy eating, entitled "Growing Up Healthy", which encourages and realizes the famous gourmet Vlatko Ognenovski in cooperation with the Municipality of Karpos.

Students of the Faculty of Tourism and the Faculty of International Marketing Management at UTMS, were actively involved in the project, and in one of the kindergarten in the municipality Karpos had the opportunity to see how to prepare healthy food and how to implement such an event.

It is a social campaign aimed rasing of the awareness among the parents about preparing healthy food for their children. The project includes a caravan of workshops held in kindergartens and schools in the area of Karpos, which include teaching, cooking and tasting.
